AIS Retail Division has teams of experienced and enthusiastic professionals offering a full budgeting, sourcing and merchandise management service for fashion, linens and homewares categories.

The service is entirely optional and available for any or all of these categories at an incremental member cost. It appeals to retailers who have encountered difficulties recruiting high calibre buyers or those who wish to supplement their own buying expertise. Others may want help to expand into a completely new product area but don't have the in house resources to make it happen.

Individual Range Plans

After gaining a thorough understanding of a store, individual range plans are specifically tailored to take into account allocated store space and department location. Range plans will include the best and most relevant mix of AIS Own Brand plus major brands. In store merchandising support will also be provided. Bi-annual range presentations are held so that members can see in advance what has been purchased on their behalf.

Members receive regular reporting on sales including line level analysis whilst stock management, including repeat orders and inter-store stock transfers, is also part of the service.

In effect, the AIS Retail Divisions allow any member to utilise top class, affordable, effective and professional range planning and buying expertise without having to find their own resource.
